These are a series of two-week programs in which variously experienced participants since up to 2015 mix with beginners. The minimum expected period of participation is two weeks. Besides the Movements practice, the programs cover subjects relevant to the practice through sitting sessions, readings, and verbal exchanges. The regular Intensive program begins 09:30 and normally ends between 16:00 and 17:00 on every day of the week  except Monday, which is a day-off.

Regular participation fee for each two-week program:

300 euros for participants from Turkey and similarly positioned countries;  400 euros for participants from EU and similarly positioned countries. Meals and accommodations are not included.

+ Four-day preliminary gathering (half-day morning sessions from December 12 to 15) for optional participation by participants continuing from the previous season: 60 euros

+ Three-day introductory program for optional participation toward the end of the interval week (half-day morning sessions): tentatively priced 60 euros for new participants, 30 euros for continuing participants

* Çıralı is a coastal village located at the distance of about 90 km in the southwest of Antalya, which is served by direct flight from cities like Paris, London, Frankfurt, Berlin, Zurich, Vienna, Plague., and Sochi. During the last season, the prices of such flights occasionally dropped to as low as 30 to 60 euros (one way) in winter and early spring. A sunny and mild climate makes Çıralı an ideal place for practicing the Movements during the cooler months of the year.

* Accommodations options are various, ranging from campsites and cabins to pensions, rented rooms and bungalows. Those who are looking for low-cost options are advised to consult Erdem, the local organizer, sufficiently ahead of time.

* Plavan leads programs in English with Turkish translation. Most regular participants can communicate quite well in English.
